The ITIL® 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan and Improve (DPI) module is a unique, “universal” component of the ITIL 4 framework. As the crucial bridge module, it is a core requirement for both the ITIL 4 Strategic Leader (SL) and the ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP) designations.
