Descriptions
This course provides an overview of Oracle Database architecture and teaches participants how to effectively manage an Oracle Database instance. It also provides essential knowledge on how to install and administer Oracle Database 12c. Participants will learn how to upgrade an existing Oracle Database to Oracle Database 12c, create and manage an Oracle Database instance, and create and manage storage structures. The course also covers configuring the Oracle Network environment, creating and managing users, monitoring the database and managing performance, as well as gaining basic knowledge of backup and recovery techniques.
