Agile Scrum Master

Overview

The Agile Scrum Master course is designed to provide the structured “playbook” needed to put Agile principles into action. While Agile provides the overarching mindset, this course focuses on the specific Scrum framework used to help teams collaborate and execute work efficiently. Participants will learn how to manage time-boxed cycles called Sprints and how to use Scrum’s roles, events, and rules to surface problems and opportunities within an organization.
